Detailed Design Basis Report. 30% Design. Based on the available data, site investigations, and the CITY’s current design standards, the ENGINEER will prepare a design report for Production Well #10. The Design Basis Report shall include the conceptual site layouts, operations flow chart describing well operation, design criteria and standards for the well pump, pipelines, automated control valves, chlorination building floor plan and system layout, and other critical mechanical items, electrical building communication design, instrumentation preferences, operating and control strategies, preliminary P&IDs, estimated site power requirements, preliminary security measures, preliminary landscaping and architectural themes, preliminary chlorine/electrical building and perimeter wall renderings, preliminary construction cost estimate, identification of any additional design issues and recommendations.

  • Final Project Report The Grantee must submit Exhibit F, Final Project Report Form, prior to requesting final payment. The Final Project Report may be submitted in lieu of the final quarterly status report, only in instances where the next quarterly report falls after the project’s completion date.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.

  • SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO. 4.2 The Authority reserves the right (acting reasonably) to specify that the MI Report be submitted by the Supplier using an alternative communication to that specified in paragraph 4.1 above such as email. The Supplier agrees to comply with any such instructions provided they do not materially increase the burden on the Supplier.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Monthly Statement The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Engineer at the end of each month, in a tabulated form approved by the Engineer, showing the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled. The statement shall include the following items, as applicable; - the value of the Permanent Work executed up to the end of previous month - such an amount (not exceeding 75 percent of the value) as the Engineer may consider proper on account of materials for permanent work delivered by the Contractor in the site - such amount as the Engineer may consider fair and reasonable for any Temporary Works for which separate amounts are provided in the Bill of Quantities - adjustments under Clause 70 - any amount to be withheld under retention provisions of Sub-clause 60.3 - any other sum to which the Contractor may be entitled under the Contract If the Engineer disagrees with or cannot verify any part of the statement, the Contractor shall submit such further information as the Engineer may reasonably require and shall make such changes and corrections in the statement as may be directed by the Engineer. In cases where there is difference in opinion as to the value of any item, the Engineer’s view shall prevail.
