Detailed Practices and Procedures. The detailed practices and procedures contained in the E911 Local Exchange Carrier Guide For Facility-Based Providers as amended from time to time during the term of this Agreement will determine the appropriate practices and procedures for BellSouth and ITC/\DeltaCom to follow in providing 911/E911 services. BellSouth shall provide ITC/\DeltaCom with updates and the latest available copies of said Guides via webposting.
