Details of Step-in Notice. The Security Trustee shall give the Crown not less than 3 Business Days' prior written notice of: (a) its intention to issue a Step-in Notice; (b) the identity of the proposed Appointed Representative; and (c) reasonable detail of any Event of Default leading to the intention to issue a Step-in Notice, provided that where the proposed Appointed Representative is a Representative within paragraph (d) of the definition of Representative, the Security Trustee must give the Crown not less than 10 Business Days’ prior written notice in accordance with this clause.
