Determination of Available Transfer Capability. A description of the Transmission Provider’s specific methodology for assessing available transfer capability posted on the OASIS used by the Transmission Provider, is contained in Attachment C of this Tariff. The Transmission Provider addresses parallel flows when assessing available transfer capability in accordance with Attachment J-2. In the event sufficient transfer capability may not exist to accommodate a service request, the Transmission Provider will respond by offering to perform a System Impact Study.
