Determination of Available Transfer Capability. Following receipt of a transmission service request, all RTPs will make a determination on a non-discriminatory basis of ATC pursuant to Section 4.2. Such determination shall be made as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt, but not later than 30 minutes after receipt of the transmission service request.
