Determination of Available Transfer Capability. Following receipt of a tendered schedule the Contractor will make a determination on a non-discriminatory basis of available transfer capability pursuant to Section 15.2. Such determination shall be made as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt, but not later than the time periods specified in Attachment J-1.
