Common use of Determination of claim and compensation Clause in Contracts

Determination of claim and compensation. Where you serve a notice under this clause, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, within ten (10) Business Days after service of the Notice, any issue between the Parties as to: 5.5.1 whether there is an error or misdescription of the Property in the Contract; or 5.5.2 the amount of compensation payable by us to you, must be determined in accordance with paragraph 6.6 entitled “Disputes”.
