Determination of Departmental Workload Profiles. 6.2.1 In each department, the Department Head shall consult with the instructors in the department in order to determine which of the forms of work listed in Articles 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 shall constitute their assigned duties as well as the number of hours for each form of work. The decision of the Department Head shall be subject to the approval of the majority of the instructors in the department. The decision of the department shall then be subject to the approval of the appropriate ▇▇▇▇ or Director. The approval of the appropriate ▇▇▇▇ or Director shall not be unreasonably withheld. 6.2.2 In determining the forms of work that constitute instructors’ assigned duties, departments are free to choose any of the forms of work listed in Articles 6.1.2
