Common use of Determination of Dollar Amounts Clause in Contracts

Determination of Dollar Amounts. The Administrative Agent will determine the Dollar Amount of: (a) the LC Exposure as of the date of each request for the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit, and (b) all outstanding Letter of Credits and LC Disbursements on and as of the last Business Day of each calendar quarter and, during the continuation of an Event of Default, on any other Business Day elected by the Administrative Agent in its discretion or upon instruction by the Required Lenders. Each day upon or as of which the Administrative Agent determines Dollar Amounts as described in the preceding clauses (a) and (b) is herein described as a “Computation Date” with respect to each Credit Event for which a Dollar Amount is determined on or as of such day.

The Administrative Agent will determine the Dollar Amount of: (a) Any Revolving Loan denominated in a Foreign Currency, on each of the LC Exposure as of following: (i) the date of the Borrowing of such Loan and (ii) each request for date of a conversion or continuation of such Revolving Loan pursuant to the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension terms of any Letter of Creditthis Agreement, and (b) all outstanding Letter of Credits and LC Disbursements any Borrowing, on and any additional date as of the last Business Day of each calendar quarter and, during the continuation of Administrative Agent may determine at any time when an Event of Default, on any other Business Day elected by the Administrative Agent in its discretion or upon instruction by the Required LendersDefault exists. Each day upon or as of which the Administrative Agent determines Dollar Amounts as described in the preceding clauses (a) and (b) is herein described as a “Computation Date” with respect to each Credit Event Borrowing for which a Dollar Amount is determined on or as of such day.
