Common use of DETERMINATION OF FEE Clause in Contracts

DETERMINATION OF FEE. Prior to the beginning of each academic year, the Association will notify the Board in writing of the amount of the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for the academic year. The representation fee to be paid by non-members will be determined by the Association in accordance with the law. Employees whose religious beliefs prohibit payment of such a fee are excluded from this Agreement.
