Common use of Determination of LIBOR and the Interest Rate Clause in Contracts

Determination of LIBOR and the Interest Rate. Promptly following the Interest Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period, the Calculation Agent shall make a determination of LIBOR on such Interest Determination Date, and shall notify the Issuer and the Trustee and the Paying Agent of such calculation. As soon as practicable following receipt of such determination, the Issuer shall determine and provide notice to the Trustee and the Paying Agent of the applicable interest rate on each series of Notes for the relevant Interest Period. The Issuer shall cause to be posted to its website (which shall be publicly accessible) such interest rate, along with the interest rate for all prior Interest Periods.
