Common use of Determination of Need Clause in Contracts

Determination of Need. The Coordination Committee shall approve Incremental Capital Assets expected to cost over $250,000. Louisville shall have the authority to make all decisions with respect to Incremental Capital Assets expected to cost $250,000 or less. Emergency expenditures for Incremental Capital Assets which total in excess of $250,000 in any calendar year shall be submitted to the Coordination Committee for ratification.
