Common use of Determination of Net Income Clause in Contracts

Determination of Net Income. Upon receipt of proper instructions, which may be continuing instructions of when deemed appropriate by the parties, State Street shall calculate daily the "net income" of the Fund in a manner consistent with the Agreement and Declaration of Trust and in accordance with the then current prospectus of the Fund, and shall advise the fund and the Transfer Agent daily of the total amount of such "net income".
