Determination of shareholders Clause Samples

The 'Determination of shareholders' clause defines the process and criteria for identifying who qualifies as a shareholder at a given point in time. Typically, this involves specifying a record date or referencing the official shareholder register to establish who is entitled to exercise rights such as voting or receiving dividends. By clearly outlining how and when shareholders are determined, this clause ensures transparency and prevents disputes over shareholder entitlements, thereby facilitating orderly corporate governance.
