Determining Candidates for Necessary Transfers. 5. i. Experience – 1 point for every year of teaching experience in the District. Teachers who resign or retire from their positions and are later reemployed shall lose those years acquired prior to the separation unless he/she is reemployed as a teacher in a school year consecutive to that of the separation.
