Determining the Number of Outstanding Warrants. Every Warrant represented by a Warrant Certificate certified and delivered by the Warrant Trustee hereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding until it shall be cancelled or delivered to the Warrant Trustee for cancellation or until the Time of Expiry; provided that where a new Warrant Certificate has been issued pursuant to Section 2.06 hereof to replace one which is lost, mutilated, stolen or destroyed, the Warrants represented by only one of such Warrant Certificates shall be counted for the purpose of determining the aggregate number of Warrants outstanding.

Every Warrant or any fraction thereof represented by a Warrant Certificate certified and delivered by the Warrant Trustee Agent hereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding until it shall be cancelled or delivered to the Warrant Trustee Agent for cancellation or until the Time of Expiry; provided that where a new Warrant Certificate has been issued pursuant to Section 2.06 2.7 hereof to replace one which is lost, mutilated, stolen or destroyed, the Warrants represented by only one of such Warrant Certificates shall be counted for the purpose of determining the aggregate number of Warrants outstanding.
