Common use of Developed Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Developed Intellectual Property. P L HUD will own all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Material developed by it from its Intellectual Property and/or Intellectual Property Material referred to in clause 16.1. The Provider will own all other Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Material developed as part of, or for the purposes of, the Services, this Agreement or a Services Agreement.
