Developed IP. Ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in all Materials created or developed: (a) by us or on our behalf in the course of providing the Services; or (b) by or on behalf of either party in connection with this Agreement, vests in us immediately from creation (Developed IP). You assign all of its right, title and interest in the Developed IP to us.
