Common use of Developer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Developer Obligations. Developer shall at its own expense operate, maintain and control the Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this Agreement. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner requirements, as such requirements are set forth or referenced in Appendix C hereto. Appendix C will be modified to reflect changes to the requirements as they may change from time to time. Any Party may request that the appropriate other Party or Parties provide copies of the requirements set forth or referenced in Appendix C hereto.
