Developer Obligations. The Developer shall: provide the Services in accordance with the Statement of Work; perform the Services with the highest level of care, skill and diligence and in accordance with the Developer’s industry, profession or trade; co-operate reasonably with the Customer in all matters relating to the Services, and comply with the Customer’s reasonable instructions;
