Developer Operating Requirements. (a) Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. (b) Developer must comply with National Grid’s operating instructions and requirements as referenced in Article 9.3 of this Agreement, which requirements shall include the dedicated data circuits, including system protection circuits, to be maintained by Developer in accordance with Article 8.1 of this Agreement. C-2 SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 1757 (c) Developer must comply with relevant provisions of National Grid’s Electric System Bulletin 756, including appendices, as amended from time to time, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the NYISO OATT.
