Developer Operating Requirements. (a) Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. (b) Developer must comply with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements, as amended from time to time, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the NYISO OATT.
