Developer’s Remedies. In the event of any default by LAUSD as described in Section 11.1 above, subject to all applicable laws that may restrict remedies against a school district, including, but not limited to, restrictions within the Education Code, Developer’s sole remedies under this Agreement are to pursue LAUSD for actual damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting from LAUSD’s default.
