Common use of Developer’s Representations Clause in Contracts

Developer’s Representations. Developer covenants that until the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the Project upon reasonable discovery of any fact or condition that would cause any of the warranties and representations in Section 2.1.1 to be untrue , Developer shall promptly, and no later than five (5) business days, give written notice of such fact or condition to City.
