Developer’s Submittals, Including and Schedules. Developer’s submittals shall comply with the provisions and requirements of the Specifications including, without limitation Submittals. 10.1 Schedule of Work, Schedule of Submittals, and Schedule of Values. 10.1.1 Developer shall comply with the construction schedule attached to the Facilities Lease as Exhibit F (“Construction Schedule”). [To be attached when available.] 10.1.2 Developer must provide all schedules both in hard copy and electronically, in a native format (e.g., Primavera or Microsoft Project) approved in advance by the District. 10.1.3 The District will review the schedules submitted and Developer shall make changes and corrections in the schedules as requested by the District and resubmit the schedules until approved by the District. 10.1.4 The District shall have the right at any time to discuss with Developer revisions to the schedule of values if, in the District's sole opinion, the schedule of values does not accurately reflect the value of the Work performed. 10.1.5 All schedules must be approved by the District before Developer can rely on them as a basis for payment. 10.1.6 Within TEN (10) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction (unless otherwise specified in the Specifications), Developer shall prepare and submit to the District for review, in a form supported by sufficient data to substantiate its accuracy as the District may require:
