DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. 7.1 The Owner agrees to pay to the Corporation of the Town of Niagara-on- the-Lake and the Region of Niagara, all applicable Development Charges in accordance with the current Municipal and Regional By-laws and policies at the time of building permit application.
