Common use of Development of Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Development of Policies and Procedures. ‌ Policies and procedures that affect members’ wages and working conditions will be developed and written cooperatively with the Association. Any review of existing policies will also be done in cooperation with the Association. However, it is understood that the Board of Trustees has the sole and final responsibility for the formulation and adoption of College policy and may do so as it sees fit, so long as it does not violate the specific terms and conditions of this contract.
