Common use of Development Operations Clause in Contracts

Development Operations. The parties hereby agree to carry out their respective obligations pursuant to and in accordance with the Final Specifications and Development Schedule. In addition to the requirements set forth in the Final Specifications and Development Schedule, Sony agrees to provide technology resources which Sony deems necessary to assist in SmartDisk's understanding of the Memory Stick so as to enable SmartDisk to develop the Product.
