Development Timeline. Urbana’s development timeline shall include the following: a. Writing a design specification that describes the new fields, validations, and extracts. b. Programming of the software changes. c. Testing of the software changes, including submitting test files. d. Updating procedures and system documentation. e. Training rollout featuring videos to inform ARMS users on how to access details on NIBRS validations in the documentation.
