Development Updates. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, [*] for so long as Adamas or its Affiliates, licensees or (sub)licensees continues to Develop such Product for Commercialization [*], Adamas shall provide Forest with [*], in each case to the extent it has the right to provide such information; provided, however, that Adamas shall [*].
