Deviations, Waivers, and Change Orders. (A) Deviations and Waivers. Contractor shall not modify any delivered Deliverables (including the Satellites) without Globalstar’s prior written consent. Contractor shall not take any action to conceal, obscure, or facilitate any non-compliance with this Agreement. Should Contractor desire to deviate from the Specifications or other requirements of a specific Deliverable or Service, Contractor may request in writing a deviation or waiver (each a “RFD/RFW”), as set forth in Exhibit A.   • Modifications; Waivers This Agreement may not be amended, modified or changed (in whole or in part), except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties hereto. The waiver by either party of compliance with any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement, or of any subsequent breach by such party of a provision of this Agreement.
