Device Software. This Agreement permits you to use the Software installed on the Device for Augmentative and Alternative Communications use. Such Software may only be used on a single Device and is subject to the terms of the specific Software licence agreement. The Software provided with the Device is governed by the separate Software End User Licence Agreement (▇▇▇▇). The Software ▇▇▇▇ contains the terms, limitations, warranties, and disclaimers specific to the software installed on or accompanying the Device. This Device ▇▇▇▇ defers to the Software ▇▇▇▇ for all matters related to the Software, including any updates or upgrades. In the event of any conflict between this Device EULA and the Software ▇▇▇▇, the Software EULA will govern the use of the Software. This Device EULA governs only the use of the Device itself and any hardware-related aspects of its operation.
