The provisions of Articles 7.7. through and including 7.14 of the DFCM General Conditions shall apply to Preliminary Resolution Efforts, Claims and Disputes under this Agreement. References in said Articles 7.7 through and including 7.14 to the term “Contractor” and “Subcontractor” shall refer to the Consultant and Subconsultants or Subcontractors at any tier under this Agreement, respectively.
