Diagnostic and Treatment Services Sample Clauses

The "Diagnostic and Treatment Services" clause defines the scope and terms under which diagnostic and treatment procedures are provided to individuals under the agreement. It typically outlines what types of medical or health-related services are included, such as laboratory tests, imaging, consultations, and therapeutic interventions, and may specify any limitations or requirements for accessing these services. This clause ensures that both parties understand which services are covered, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to manage expectations and responsibilities regarding healthcare provision.
