Diagnostic data is used only to keep the Hardware and/or Services up-to-date and to detect, diagnose, and fix problems, and also make product improvements. This data does not include any protected health information (“PHI”), any other personally identifiable information, or any information unrelated to Outcomes Hardware and/or Services.
