Common use of Dial Authorization and Capture Transactions Clause in Contracts

Dial Authorization and Capture Transactions. Exhibit “A”. HEARTLAND agrees, beginning April 1, 2002, to process a minimum of ********** dial authorization and capture transactions per year for the first two (2) years of the Initial Term. HEARTLAND also agrees, beginning April 1, 2004, to process a minimum of ********** dial authorization and capture transactions per year for the last two (2) years of the Initial Term.
