Common use of Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Different Denominations. This Convertible Note is exchangeable, from time to time, for Convertible Note in different denominations and in the names of one or more different designees, nominees or assignees, in an aggregate principal amount equal to the aggregate principal balance outstanding on the Convertible Note being exchanged at the time, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same. No service charge will be payable for such exchanges, transfers, or registrations of transfers.
