Common use of Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Different Denominations. This Note is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Notes of different authorized denominations, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Note shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Note being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.

Different Denominations. This Note is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount Principal Amount of Notes of different authorized denominations, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided thatprovided, each such that the minimum principal amount of any replacement Note shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Note being exchanged)50,000. This Note is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Notes of different authorized denominations, and is eligible for registration of transfer into one or more Notes of an equal aggregate principal amount registered in the names of one or more other or additional Holders, subject to the restrictions set forth in the Purchase Agreement and so long as each exceeds $200,000 and integral multiples of $1.00 in excess thereof, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Note shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Note being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.
