Common use of Difficult to Fill Positions Clause in Contracts

Difficult to Fill Positions. Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Article 6.6 and 6.7 above, the positions listed in Appendix B, shall be granted year-for-year credit for initial salary placement for regular public school experience for which a valid public school credential (K-12) was held and required and which occurred during the preceding fifteen (15) years up to a maximum of ten (10) years (Step 11).
