Common use of Diligent and Timely Manner Clause in Contracts

Diligent and Timely Manner. The Recipient will submit its requests for payment to the Province in a diligent and timely manner, and no less frequently than twice a year if costs have been incurred. If no costs have been incurred in the previous six months, the recipient will notify the Province that no claim is being submitted for that period.
