Dining Program Clause Samples

The DINING PROGRAM clause defines the terms and conditions under which dining services are provided as part of an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of meals or food services included, such as the number of meals per day, eligible participants, and any restrictions or special arrangements. This clause ensures both parties understand what dining benefits are available, helping to prevent misunderstandings about meal entitlements and associated costs.
Dining Program. As a residence hall student you are required to sign-up and participate in a university dining plan regardless of class standing or years living in the residence halls. You may make your selection from the following options: Eaglet, Eagle, Big Eagle or Mega Eagle dining plans. Residents of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ have the additional options of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Block and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Flex dining plans. For more complete information on the dining plans and policies, please visit the dining plan website.
Dining Program. All first year freshmen who live in campus residence halls are required to have a Dining Plan as part of the room and board package. Plan design is subject to change, with appropriate written notice provided to students who have already submitted preference forms. We will make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs or other health considerations. It is important, however, that you contact us in advance of the first serving day to make these arrangements. Under certain circumstances, supporting documentation may be required to assist us in meeting your needs. If you have special considerations, please include these on a separate sheet of paper attached to your dining services agreement form. You may change to another allowable plan during the first two weeks of meal operation. Plan changes will not be accepted after the established deadline for either the fall or spring semester.
