Dining Rooms. In cases where there is no satisfactory dining room in accordance with §16.3 of the National Agreement, the meal break shall be regarded as forming part of the working hours and be paid for at the ordinary wage rate. By ordinary wage is meant the wage that is payable for hours worked on the same assignment/project.

Related to Dining Rooms

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
