DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY. Any Guardian and/or Student entitled to diplomatic immunity from the jurisdiction of any South African Court agrees, upon signature of the Agreement, not to avail themselves of such immunity and protection in respect to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
