Direct Claim Procedures Sample Clauses

The Direct Claim Procedures clause outlines the process by which a party can submit a claim directly to the other party, typically in the context of disputes or requests for compensation under a contract. This clause usually specifies the steps required to initiate a claim, such as providing written notice, supporting documentation, and adhering to specific timelines. By establishing a clear and structured method for making claims, the clause helps ensure that issues are addressed efficiently and transparently, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays in resolving disputes.
