Common use of Direct Communication Clause in Contracts

Direct Communication. The Agency and the European Commission shall communicate directly with all persons or entities established in Liechtenstein and participating in activities of the Agency, as contractors, participants in Agency programmes, recipients of payments from the Agency or the Union budget, or subcontractors. Such persons may send directly to the European Commission and to the Agency all relevant information and documentation which they are required to submit on the basis of the instruments referred to in this Arrangement and of contracts or agreements concluded and any decisions taken pursuant to them.
