Direct Cost of the Work. The total cost of the actual construction of the Project as may be revised throughout the Construction Phase via a Change Order and/or the use of the Project Contingency. The Direct Cost of the Work is further described in Exhibit B to the Agreement, is a component of the GMP and includes only 1.1.23.1. The sum of all Subcontractor costs, fees and charges, including Subcontractor non-OCIP insurance and bond costs incurred during the Construction Phase (or CMR-provided contractor default insurance protection in lieu of Subcontractor bonds), but not any component of Work that is part of the CMR’s General Conditions; 1.1.23.2.
