Direct Feed Agreement. ADP acknowledges that Source anticipates providing the Source Services on a direct feed basis to certain of Source's subscribers. Together with the execution of this Agreement, ADP and Source agree to enter into a separate agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D, pursuant to which ADP will provide Source with a direct feed to any of Source's subscribers as Source from time to time designates whether or not said subscribers are then current ADP customers. In such event, Source Subscribers shall enter into a separate agreement with ADP pursuant to which ADP will provide Source Subscribers a direct feed line.
