Common use of Direct Operation Clause in Contracts

Direct Operation. On behalf of the Owner, subject to the Owner’s discretionary oversight and administration, and at the Owner’s expense, the Management Company will have the exclusive right, authority, discretion, and duty during the Term to direct, supervise, manage, operate, and maintain the Hotel on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the Operating and Maintenance Standards and the terms of this Agreement.
