Direct Relationship Conversion. You acknowledge that You may be converted from accepting American Express Cards to a direct relationship with American Express if and when Your sales volumes exceed the eligibility thresholds for accepting American Express Cards. If this occurs, You will be bound by the American Express then current Card Acceptance Agreement, and American Express will set pricing and other fees payable by You.
