Present cost per litre will be the Freight Carriers Association of Canada (FCA) domestic diesel fuel monthly average as reported on Monday of each week by the FCA (Freight Carriers Association). The present cost per litre as set by the FCA can be obtained each week on the following website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (1) For Shipments less than 10,000 pounds, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse Carrier fuel at a rate equal to 60% of the LTL index per FCA (2) For Shipments equal or to greater than 10,000 pounds, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse Carrier fuel at a rate equal to 60% % of the TL index per FCA (3) For all intermodal Shipments, regardless of weight, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse Carrier fuel at a rate equal to equal to the CN-7405 2.) No Other fuel surcharge, as may be published or maintained by Carrier may apply 3.) For a load to be included during an applicable week, the following must apply: (i) Carrier must have sent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ information concerning the actual arrival date and time of the first consignor of the shipment (ii) The actual arrival day and time falls between 0001 Monday and 2359 on Sunday of the week in question and (iii) The 60% of the monthly average FCA cost reported on that previous Monday may apply to all of those loads during the applicable month. 4.) When a fuel surcharge is applicable, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will automatically calculate and add a Fuel Surcharge to each individual order 5.) The Parties agree that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may elect upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to change the fuel program to include a new fuel surcharge table, or a new method of fuel recovery.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.
